We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 7 days of purchase. Items should be returned via a signed for service. Please get in touch via the below form before sending so we are expecting your item and can confirm where to send it to.
It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused. Returns should be received within 14 days of purchase.
Once received we aim to process returns within 5 days.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the workmanship or materials then we will endeavour to repair the product or replace the product concerned under the terms of the warranty with either the same product or, if the product is no longer in our current stock, we will replace it with a product closely matching the original. We are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or mishandling including handling by third parties.
